pitbull will be held only if a non refundable deposit has been recieved,
and is still for sale until such time as said deposit is recieved by
seller. full payment must be recieved by seller before pitbull leaves seller's possesion.

       The following terms and conditions are hereby agreed to:

Both buyer and seller acknowledge that no representations, verbal or implied, have been regard to said pitbulls future abilities.

Seller warrants, to the best of her ability that said pitbull is sound and free of obvious defects. The buyer has the option to take puppy within 72 hours of purchase, at his or her own expense to a licensed veterinarian. If puppy is found to, not be in good health, the adverse health report must be in writing by a licensed veterinarian the buyer will return puppy to seller immediately, and the seller will either (1) replace the puppy; (2) refund the purchase price, to be decided at the sole discretion of the seller.

puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against genetic/congenital defects (Except Allergic Skin Conditons Associated With The Blue Line, red lines, or white lines)which would cause the need for the puppy/dog to be humanly destroyed. In such an unlikely case, a written veterinarian, report, is necessary, must be submitted in writing and signed by a licensed veterinarian. The puppy will be replaced or the purchase price will be returned at the sellers sole discretion.

If  buyer is unable to keep said pitbull for any reason, they will contact the breeder to assist with placement of puppy in another home or full ownership will revert back to seller. Under no circumstances will the buyer ever place this PitBull in an animal shelter, pound, or any pet store of any type.

In the event of the death of the Buyer, full ownership of the dog will be offered back to the Seller first, except in the event that a member of the Buyer's immediate family wishes to retain ownership of the dog. Other requests for transfers will be considered with the best interest of the dog in mind. No money shall change hands at the time of transfer of dog. The new owner must agree to sign a like contract with the Seller and inform Seller of their address and phone number.

Buyer shall not, under any circumstances sell, give or lease the dog to any pet shop, pet farm, research laboratory or similar institution. Any attempts to do so shall be invalid and Seller shall be entitled to repossess the dog without refund of purchase price. Buyer shall be responsible for all costs of repossession, including reasonable attorney's fees.

The dog shall be subject to repossession by Seller without refund of purchase price in the event Buyer commits or permits to be committed cruelty or neglect to the dog. "Cruelty" or "neglect" for this purpose shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

inadequate health maintenance (nutrition, water, veterinary care including vaccinations, or physical cleanliness)

repeatedly being allowed to run at large in public area or maintained under conditions that create a public nuisance, or endanger the dog's welfare or safety

or if the dog is being used in any illegal activities such as but not limited to dog fighting,baiting, etc.

The owner also agrees to register the puppy/dog with the DRA and/or ADBA.
and use the kennels prefix:_____________ when exhibiting or registering the pitbull.

Buyer shall notify Seller of any change of address or phone number in a timely fashion.

This Agreement is made for the mutual benefit and protection of Buyer and Seller, for the protection of the named dog, and for the protection and preservation of the Pitbull breed. This agreement shall be construed and applied according to the laws of the State of Texas.
